Packing, Marking and Shipping a. No charge shall be made by Seller for packaging or storage unless specified on the face of this AGREEMENT.

Packing, Marking and Shipping. Shipments shall be routed in accordance with MBV's instructions, and unless otherwise specified by MBV in writing in advance, shipments shall be delivered Delivery Duty Paid (“DDP”) (Incoterms 2010), MBV's dock, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx 00000. Supplier agrees to reimburse MBV for all expenses incurred by MBV as a result of improper packing, marking or routing. MBV's purchase order number and part number and Supplier's shipment identification number shall appear on each package and bill of lading. Items for two or more of MBV's locations shall be shipped in separate packages for the different locations. Shipments in excess of those authorized may be returned to Supplier, and Supplier shall pay the transportation charges both ways for such shipments. MBV may at any time and from time to time change shipping schedules previously furnished to Supplier, or direct temporary suspension of scheduled shipments. MBV's count will be accepted as final on all shipments. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by MBV, no charge shall be made by Supplier for containers, crating, packing, boxing, bundling, dunnage, drayage, or storage.
Packing, Marking and Shipping. All goods shall be suitably packed using best commercial practices, marked and shipped in a manner to adequately protect the goods in shipment and to secure lowest transportation costs unless otherwise specified by Buyer in this Order. Packing slips shall be placed in each shipment and the Order number shall be referenced on the packing slip. No packing or related charges shall be allowed except where specifically agreed and a line item is provided in this Order for such charges. Seller shall provide Buyer prior written notice if it requires Buyer to return any packaging material, and the return of any such packaging material shall be made at Seller’s expense.

A waterproof master packing slip shall accompany each shipment and shall be included in one of the packages marked "Packing Slip Inside" or, in the case of a carload shipment, be conspicuously displayed on the inside of the freight car.

For hazardous materials, the Supplier shall follow applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations for the packaging, labeling, transportation and shipping of such items. XXXXX specific instructions for packaging and shipping shall be flowed down in the purchase order as needed. The use of newsprint for packaging is prohibited. Damage resulting from improper packing or shipping will be charged to the Supplier.

Packing, Marking and Shipping. (a) Delivery shall be f.o.b. City's destination unless otherwise stated. Seller shall not be entitled to reimbursement of transportation charges unless specified on the face of this Purchase Order. If Xxxxxx is entitled to reimbursement of charges, such charges shall be added as a separate item on City's invoice and the receipted freight bill shall be attached thereto.
Packing, Marking and Shipping. No additional charges of any kind, including charges for packing, marking, routing, shipping, or other extras will be allowed unless specifically agreed to in writing in advance by Xxxxx. If Xxxxx agrees to pay shipping charges, vendor will prepay freight charges and include on the invoice. Packing, Marking and Shipping. All Goods and/or Tools shall be suitably marked and prepared for shipment to its ultimate destination and, where applicable, packed, and shipped in accordance with the Supplier Requirements or alternatively in accordance with Buyer’s specific written directions and/or instructions as may be provided by Buyer from time to time. Seller shall not charge Buyer for preparation, packing, marking, shipping, insurance, freight, delivery or other expenses, unless otherwise specifically stated in Buyer's Purchase Order. Seller shall in all events properly pack the Goods and/or Tools with appropriate packaging materials to ensure the safe transportation of the Goods and/or Tools and comply in all respects with the requirements of the common carrier transporting same. Seller shall be solely responsible for damage to the Goods and/or Tools where, owning to their peculiar nature, the Goods and/or Tools have been damaged in transportation to their ultimate destination due to being insufficiently protected, for example, by incurring rust.
