Common use of Packing reports Clause in Contracts

Packing reports. For each Reporting Period, Nutrano will give the Grower a statement setting out the following: (a) the date on which the Produce was delivered to Nutrano; and (b) the type, quality grading, size and quantity (kilograms) of the Produce recorded at the commencement of the packing process .
