Packing Sheets. Seller is to provide two (2) copies of each packing sheet with the shipment.

Packing Sheets. Seller shall ensure that all materials shipped are accompanied by a standard commercial packing sheet. Seller’s packing sheet number shall not exceed 12 characters. Seller shall include the following information on the packing sheet: A. PO Number PO Line Item Number Ship Quantity Number of Cartons Part Number Part Name Traceability Data (i.e. serial number, date code/production lot#,) B. Seller shall affix one packing sheet to the outside of each individual Line Item carton. For consolidation shipments, Seller shall affix all the packing sheets to the outside of the consolidation box. Seller shall include copy of Packing Sheet inside container.
Packing Sheets. All shipments of Goods by Contractor or its subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: the contract number; item number; quantity and unit of measure; part number and description of the goods shipped; and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different contracts shall be listed on separate packing sheets. Delivery Contractor shall strictly adhere to the delivery and completion schedules specified in this Contract. Time, if stated as a number of days, shall mean calendar days unless otherwise specified. The quantities specified herein are the only quantities required. If Contractor delivers in excess of the quantities specified herein, CSU shall not be required to make any payment for the excess deliverables and may return them to Contractor at Contractor’s expense or utilize any other rights available to CSU at law or in equity. Substitutions Contractor may not tender substitute items for any Goods or Software to be provided under this Contract without advance written consent of CSU. Contractor shall not use any specification in lieu of those contained in the Contract without written consent of CSU. Inspection, Acceptance and Rejection Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work, all Contracted Work may be subject to inspection and test by CSU. CSU shall not be deemed to have accepted Contracted Work until it has had a reasonable period to inspect it following delivery or completion of performance. Contractor shall be liable to correct all deficiencies at its own expense. Notwithstanding any prior payment or inspection, CSU will also have the right to reject Contracted Work as though it had not been accepted after any latent defect has become apparent. Taxes, Delivery, and Permits Taxes. Contractor certifies that it shall comply with all California Sale and Use Tax requirements. Articles sold to CSU may be exempt from certain Federal Excise Taxes. CSU will furnish an exemption certificate on request.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
