Paid Training Clause Samples
The Paid Training clause establishes that employees will receive compensation for time spent participating in training sessions required by the employer. This typically covers onboarding, skills development, or compliance courses, and ensures that employees are paid their regular wage or a specified rate for these hours. The core function of this clause is to clarify the employer’s obligation to pay for mandatory training, thereby ensuring fair compensation and compliance with labor laws.
