Painters and Allied Trades Compliance Administrative Trust (PATCAT). The Employers signatory hereto agree that during the term of this Agreement that it is beneficial to continue participation in the Painters and Allied Trades Compliance Administrative Trust. Funding for such participation shall be through the Contract Administration Trust for Union-Management Relations at such times, and in such amounts, as determined by the Trustees of that Trust.
