Common use of Painting the interior of the Property Clause in Contracts

Painting the interior of the Property. Tenant may paint the interior of the Property upon receipt of Landlord’s prior written consent of the paint color and the approval to paint, which Landlord may withhold at Landlord’s sole discretion.
