Common use of PALLET ORDERS Clause in Contracts

PALLET ORDERS. Bakery shall consider any data and/or other information provided by Consignee that Xxxxxxxxx believes demonstrates that a customer within Consignee’s exclusive territory has engaged in inefficient or otherwise excessive pallet orders. Upon review of such data and/or information, if Xxxxxx concludes that such customer’s pallet ordering practices are inefficient or otherwise excessive, Xxxxxx agrees to use reasonable efforts to work with such customers in an effort to achieve more appropriate pallet ordering practices in the future.
