PALLETIZATION. Contractor shall furnish commodity palletized on either 48” x 40” OR 40” x 32” four way GMA pallets as instructed by the Authorized User. Overall height, commodity plus pallet, shall not exceed 66”; maximum weight not to exceed 2,500 pounds. All shipping units shall have a uniform block and tier. Containers shall be strapped to pallets or shrink-wrapped to prevent movement of the load. Pallet shall be returned or exchanged to Contractor at time of delivery, on subsequent deliveries, or as arranged between the Contractor and the Authorized User. While Contractor may utilize double palleting in shipping, Authorized Users do not have the ability to unload or handle double pallets. If double palleting is used, Contractor is responsible for unloading and ensuring safe handling. Mixed loads of dissimilar products are to be avoided, as well as inappropriate stacking of heavy/dense items on top of light items. Some Authorized Users have limited receiving capabilities. Contractor must provide cart/hand truck delivery when required by Authorized User.

PALLETIZATION if the cargo needs to be palletized the cost will be as per the warehouse handling the palletization. IF the cargo needs to be wrapped and packaged other charges may apply depending on the warehouse and conditions sold to the customer.
PALLETIZATION. Except as otherwise specified or approved, shipments shall be on 40” x 48” - 4 way hardwood pallets, completely stretch wrapped (clear wrap only) to the pallet, and properly stacked for the commodity provided. Pallets must accommodate a standard jack and be stored correctly in the trailer upon delivery. All cases shall be fully enclosed and sealed. Pallet gross weight shall not exceed 2600 pounds and pallet height shall not exceed 54 inches. Shipments may be rejected if pallets are not properly rated and safe for the load; pallets are not tightly packed; cases are crushed and/or sagging off center; or cases that overhang the pallet. CASE MARKING: All cases are to be properly labeled as to contents, brand, size, pack and shall be packaged in accordance with the “Fair Packaging and Label Act”. Markings shall appear on ONE END. Markings shall be completely legible.
PALLETIZATION. Palletization of shipments shall be accomplished in accordance with MIL-STD-147 “DOD Standard Practice: Palletized Unit Loads.” Failure to meet these palletization/packaging requirements and measures, without a written waiver from the PCO or ACO, may result in charges back to the contractor for repalletization and/or repackaging of items. Pallets shall conform to the requirements of American National Standards Institute, Material Handling-MH1-2016, Pallets, Slip Sheets, and Other Bases for Unit Loads. PALLETIZATION. 3.6.1 For the protection of the Product, it shall be placed on wooden pallets, duly certified by the National Agricultural Health Service (SENASA), under the technical specifications of CAMPOSOL, according to its clients’ demands. The technical specifications of the pallets shall be provided to EMPAFRUT before the start of the harvest.
PALLETIZATION. The TELUS standard pallet size for shipments is 48 inches in width by 42 inches in length. The pallet must not have a solid top and should be two way entries only. The maximum height including the pallet should be no greater than 50 inches. A maximum one-inch overhang is allowed. PALLETIZATION. PGF shall palletize the Products on Chep Mark 55 block pallets (“Chep Pallets”) for shipment to Customer, in accordance with the highest industry standards of practice and care. PGF shall order Chep Pallets and pay the issue fees and daily rental fees in accordance with its agreement with Commonwealth Handling Equipment Pool, Inc. (“CHEP”). At the time of shipment, PGF will notify CHEP of the transfer of Chep Pallets to Customer and the bill of lading shall clearly state the quantity of Chep Pallets shipped. From and after the time of shipping, Customer will be responsible for the daily rental fee with respect to the Chep Pallets.
