Common use of Palomar’s Right to Grant Other Sublicenses Clause in Contracts

Palomar’s Right to Grant Other Sublicenses. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Palomar retains the right to grant sublicenses and other rights in and to the Xxxxxxxx Patents as Palomar may deem appropriate in its sole discretion.
