PANDEMIC DECLARATION. The novel coronavirus, COVID‐19, was declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization in 2020. To facilitate healthy community operations, the following provisions will apply to the residence halls at any time there is a pandemic declaration in effect for the locality of the residence.

PANDEMIC DECLARATION. If a Pandemic is declared by the World Health Organization, additional safety restrictions may be implemented to facilitate the health and safety of residents.1.22
PANDEMIC DECLARATION. In the event of a pandemic, as declared by the Governor of Arizona, U.S. Government, or the World Health Organization, which makes performance of any term under the Agreement impossible or impracticable, Cenpatico shall have the following rights: a. After the official declaration of a pandemic, Cenpatico may temporarily void the Agreement in whole or specific sections, if Subcontractor cannot perform to the standards agreed upon in the initial terms; b. Cenpatico shall not incur any liability if a pandemic is declared and emergency procurements are authorized by the Director as per A.R.S. 41-2537 of the Arizona Procurement Code; c. Once the pandemic is officially declared over and/or Subcontractor can demonstrate the ability to perform, Cenpatico, at its sole discretion, may reinstate the temporarily voided Agreement.
