Pandemic Relief Event. A disruption which has an adverse effect on the supply of labour, equipment, materials or services required for the carrying out of the Contractor’s Activities caused as a direct result of the Pandemic provided that the adverse effect is one which the Contractor could not have avoided or overcome by the taking of all reasonable steps (but without the need to expend additional costs).
