Paragon Returns. With respect to any Separate Return Paragon is obligated to file pursuant to Section 3.2, Paragon shall not take (and shall cause the members of the Paragon Group not to take) any position that it knows, or reasonably should know, would adversely affect any member of the Noble Group. Furthermore, with respect to any such Separate Return, Paragon shall not take (and shall cause the members of the Paragon Group not to take) any position that it knows, or reasonably should know, is inconsistent with the past practice of the Noble Group or the Paragon Group.
