PARAGRAPH 1 MODIFICATION. The following is added to Paragraph 1 of your Employment Agreement: To the extent permitted by law, your employment relationship with Cerner is “at will,” which means that you may resign from Cerner at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, and without advance notice (except as described below). It also means that Cerner may terminate your employment at any time - for any legally permitted reason or for no reason at all and without advance notice, subject to Cerner’s potential obligations to you under Paragraph 9 below.
