Common use of Paragraph A Clause in Contracts

Paragraph A. of Section II is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2014 and end on April 30, 2015. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms (each a one-year term) ending on April 30th of each year, unless the Adviser provides written notice of the termination of this Agreement to the Trust prior to the termination of the applicable one-year term.

Paragraph A. of Section II is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: The initial term of this Agreement agreement shall commence on January 1, 2014 and end on April 30, 2015. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms (each a one-year term) ending on April 30th of each year, unless the Adviser provides written notice of the termination of this Agreement to the Trust at least 10 days prior to the termination end of the applicable onethen-year current term.

Paragraph A. of Section II of the Agreement, titled “Term and Termination of Agreement,” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: The “This Agreement shall have an initial term of this Agreement shall commence commencing on January February 1, 2014 2011 and end on ending April 30, 20152012. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms (each a one-year term) ending on April 30th of each year, unless the Adviser provides 30 day written notice of the termination of this Agreement to the Trust prior to the termination beginning of the next applicable one-year term.”

Paragraph A. of Section II of the Agreement, titled “Term and Termination of Agreement,” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: The “This Agreement shall have an initial term of this Agreement shall commence commencing on January 1, 2014 2011 and end on April ending June 30, 20152012. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms (each a one-year term) ending on April June 30th of each year, unless the Adviser provides 30 day written notice of the termination of this Agreement to the Trust prior to the termination beginning of the next applicable one-year term.”
