Paragraph F lines 1, 4, 7, 8 are amended as follows:
Paragraph F. Employees // will lose their seniority status and their names will be removed from the 33 seniority list under the following conditions:
Paragraph F. If a recall occurs in the Guest Classification, those Employees recalled will be placed above the Guest Employee in seniority order until the Guest Employee reaches his/her classification seniority. Both the Guest Employee and those Employees on the recall list will earn classification seniority throughout the 24-month recall period.

Paragraph F. It is understood that any incident(s) of discipline that is over four years old will not be considered in the progression through disciplinary steps. Furthermore, SEA understands that employee disciplinary matters may not be removed from the employee’s personnel file. It is further understood that the school district will comply with the requirements of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Employee Right To Know Act (Act 397 of 1978) and Section 380.1230b of the Michigan Revised School Code of 1976 in regards to filing of employee records and the release of those records to other parties.
Paragraph F of Article XXVIII — Arbitration shall be deleted in its entirety and the remaining paragraph shall be realphabetized. Furthermore, the previous paragraph G. is revised as paragraph F., as shall read as follows:
Paragraph F. A payment at retirement (not deferred retirement) for unused accumulated sick leave will be made for all employees who meet all of the following criteria:
1. Fifteen (15) years of service in the Somerville Public School District.
2. Have accumulated 133 sick days.
3. Have provided written notice to the Board of Education of their retirement no later than sixty (60) days preceding their retirement. Such notice shall be binding once accepted by the Board. Payment shall be made for all accumulated sick days at the rate of $90.00 per day for the duration of the contract.
