Common use of PARAGRAPH FOUR Clause in Contracts

PARAGRAPH FOUR. For the purposes of item “i” of item II of the main section of this Clause, measures are considered to prevent the practice of corrupt conduct, among others, the implementation, maintenance and/or improvement of internal control practices and/or systems, including standards of conduct, integrity policies and procedures, in order to ensure faithful compliance with national or foreign legislation applicable to the CLIENT and/or its subsidiaries.

PARAGRAPH FOUR. For the purposes of item “‘i” ‘ of item II of the main section head provision of this Clause, measures are considered to prevent the practice of corrupt conduct, among others, the implementation, maintenance and/or improvement of internal control practices and/or systems, including standards of conduct, integrity policies and procedures, in order to ensure faithful compliance with national or foreign legislation applicable to the CLIENT and/or its subsidiaries.

For the purposes of item point “if” of item II of the main section of this Clause, measures are considered to prevent the practice of corrupt conduct, among others, the implementation, maintenance and/or improvement of internal control practices and/or systems, including standards of conduct, integrity policies and procedures, in order to ensure faithful compliance with national or foreign legislation applicable to the CLIENT INTERVENING PARTY and/or its subsidiaries.
