Paralegal Sample Clauses
The Paralegal clause defines the role and responsibilities of a paralegal within the context of a legal agreement or service arrangement. It typically outlines the scope of tasks that a paralegal is authorized to perform, such as conducting legal research, preparing documents, or assisting attorneys, while clarifying that paralegals do not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. This clause ensures clarity regarding the functions and limitations of paralegals, helping to prevent misunderstandings about their authority and the nature of their contributions to legal matters.
