Parallel Rate Contract. Central Coalfields Ltd. also reserves the right to enter into parallel rate contract (s) simultaneously at any time during the period of rate contract and also reserve the right to buy during the period of rate contract any quantity outside the contract in case of urgency arising out at any time during the contract period.
