Paramedic Certificate. Any employee who maintains a valid Paramedic Certificate shall be paid ninety-two dollars and thirty-one cents ($92.31) per pay period. There shall be maximum of fifteen (15) members of the department receiving paramedic incentive pay at any given time. Incentive pay for EMT and Paramedic are not cumulative to each other.
