Paramedic Preceptor Pay. Effective June 30, 2022, employees in JC #8140 (Firefighter) and #8143 (Fire Engineer) who are assigned as a preceptor to a paramedic who has not obtained Advanced Level Paramedic status shall be compensated an additional five percent (5%) of the employee’s base pay for the duration of such assignment.
