PARAPRO EVALUATIONS. A. Monitoring The Special Education Director or Special Education Supervisor will conduct all formal monitoring or observation work of each bargaining unit member in person and with the full knowledge of the bargaining unit member. The bargaining unit member shall be informed of a formal observation at least twenty four (24) hours in advance.
