Parent as Initial Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Pool Receivables shall be conducted by the Person designated as servicer hereunder ("Servicer") from time to time in accordance with this Section 8.01. Until the Administrator gives to Parent a Successor Notice, Parent is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof.
