Common use of Parent Cash Balance Reporting Clause in Contracts

Parent Cash Balance Reporting. On Monday of each week after the first week that the Parent establishes its initial deposit, securities or investment account, the Parent will deliver a written daily cash balance summary to the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Administrative Agent showing the aggregate available cash balance in the deposit, securities and other investment accounts of the Parent as of the end of business on each Business Day of the preceding week.
