Parent Common Share Rank; No Liens. (i) Parent Common Shares issued to Holders will be validly issued and will rank equally in all respects with existing Parent Common Shares. (ii) On issue, each Parent Share issued to the Holders will be fully paid and free from any mortgage, charge, lien, encumbrance, or other security interest.
