Common use of Parent Entity Business Activities Clause in Contracts

Parent Entity Business Activities. For so long as General Partner is not a Guarantor, Borrower shall not permit any Parent Entity to engage in any business or activity other than the ownership of outstanding Equity Interests of any other Parent Entity or Borrower and Borrower’s Subsidiaries, the issuance and sale of its Equity Interests and, in each case, activities incidental thereto or incidental to the ownership of assets and liabilities permitted under clauses (a) and (b) above, and subject to exceptions consistent with the exceptions set forth under clauses (a) and (b) above (subject, in clause (a)(v) above, to the maximum aggregate amount set forth in such clause).
