Parent Financing Documents. Seller shall received from Buyer copies of each of the Series C Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement, Amended and Restated Investors Rights Agreement, Amended and Restated Voting Agreement and Amended and Restated Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement (collectively, the “Parent Financing Documents”) each as executed and delivered by Parent and the other parties required to enter into, or amend and restate, such Parent Financing Documents, as the case may be.
