Common use of Parent Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Parent Guarantees. (i) With the delivery of the financial statements under Section 5.06(b), a list of the Parent’s guarantees of obligations of its Subsidiaries, including the name of each beneficiary and the maximum amount guaranteed, and (ii) promptly, and in any event with five Business Days after receipt thereof, any notice of default or claim delivered under any such guarantees;
