Common use of Parent/ Guardian’s Acknowledgement and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

I acknowledge and agree – • to the provisions of this agreement, the Calvary Christian College ICT Policies and AUP; • that I have read the responsibilities outlined in this agreement and ICT Manual & AUP; • to accept my responsibilities in using the College’s network, resources and facilities; • that, in the event of loss or damage, I will be liable to pay the excess amount; • that, in the event of willful damage, I will be liable for the cost of the repairs of the laptop and any other equipment; • to pay the financial cost of the 1-1 Laptop Programme of $1440 over 3 years in accordance with the payment terms for Tuition fees; • that, should I breach this agreement, consequences may apply.
