Common use of Parent Hire Contract Clause in Contracts

Parent Hire Contract. XXX hire instruments to parents of pupils educated at an Ealing authority-maintained school and also living in the London Borough of Ealing. Parents pick up instruments from EMS, pay for the instrument hire by termly direct debit (via Ealing Corporate Collections) and return them to EMS when they are no longer needed. Payment will only cease once the instrument is returned and no refunds will be given. A list of the specific instruments available to hire can be found on the EMS website.
