Parent Name Change and Exchange Listing. Promptly following the Effective Time, Parent shall take all required legal actions to (a) change its corporate name to DOBI Medical International, Inc. by means of a reincorporation in the State of Delaware and (b) upon satisfaction of the original listing requirements, list the Parent Stock for trading on the American Stock Exchange.
