Common use of Parent Negative Covenants Clause in Contracts

Parent Negative Covenants. The Parent will not (a) own any Property other than the ownership interests of Borrower, and other assets with no more than $20,000,000.00 in value; (b) give or allow any Lien on the ownership interests of Borrower; or (c) engage to any material extent in any business other than the ownership, development, operation and management of primarily self-storage facilities, except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.03.

Parent Negative Covenants. The Parent will not (a) own any Property other than the ownership interests of in Borrower, and other assets with no more than $20,000,000.00 in value; or (b) give or allow any Lien on the ownership interests of the Borrower; or (c) engage to any material extent in any business other than the ownership, development, operation and management of primarily self-storage facilities, except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.03.

The No Parent will not (a) own any Property assets other than the ownership interests of Borrower, a Lead Borrower and other assets with no more than $20,000,000.00 10,000,000.00 in value; (b) give or allow any Lien on the ownership interests of a Borrower; or (c) engage to any material extent in any business other than the ownership, development, operation and management of primarily self-storage facilities, except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.03parking properties and businesses reasonably related thereto.

Parent Negative Covenants. The Parent will not (a) own any Property property other than the ownership interests of Borrowerin the Company, and other assets with no more than $20,000,000.00 in value; or (b) give or allow any Lien on the ownership interests of Borrower; or (c) engage to any material extent in any business other than the ownership, development, operation and management of primarily self-storage facilities, except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.03Company.

The Parent will not (a) own any Property other than the its indirect ownership interests of Borrower, and other assets assets, other than its partnership interests in SSOP, with no more than $20,000,000.00 in value; (b) give or allow any Lien on the ownership interests of Borrower; or (c) engage to any material extent in any business other than the ownership, development, operation and management of primarily self-storage facilities, except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.03.

Parent Negative Covenants. The Parent will not (a) own any Property assets other than the ownership interests Equity Interests of Lead Borrower, any indirect Equity Interests of any Subsidiary and other assets with no more than $20,000,000.00 10,000,000.00 in value; (b) give or allow any Lien on the ownership interests Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower; or (c) engage to any material extent in any business other than the ownership, development, operation and management of primarily self-storage facilities, except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.03parking properties and businesses reasonably related thereto.
