Common use of Parent SEC Reports Clause in Contracts

Parent SEC Reports. (a) Since January 1, 2015, Parent has filed or furnished (as applicable) all forms, reports, schedules, statements and documents with the SEC that have been required to be so filed or furnished (as applicable) by it under Applicable Law at or prior to the time so required (all such forms, reports, schedules, statements and documents, together with any other forms, reports, schedules, statements or other documents filed or furnished (as applicable) by Parent with the SEC after January 1, 2015 and at or prior to the Effective Time that are not required to be so filed or furnished, the “Parent SEC Reports”).

Parent SEC Reports. (a) Since January 1, 20152012, Parent has filed or furnished (as applicable) all forms, reports, schedules, statements and documents with the SEC that have been required to be so filed or furnished (as applicable) by it under Applicable Law at or prior to the time so required (all such forms, reports, schedules, statements and documents, together with any other forms, reports, schedules, statements or other documents filed or furnished (as applicable) by Parent the Company with the SEC after January 1, 2015 2012 and at or prior to the Effective Time that are not required to be so filed or furnished, the “Parent SEC Reports”).
