Parent Separate Returns. Parent shall prepare and file or cause to be prepared and filed all Parent Separate Returns for all taxable periods. Parent shall pay, or cause to be paid, any and all Taxes due or required to be paid with respect to or required to be reported on any Parent Separate Return (including any increase in such Tax Liabilities attributable to a Final Determination).
Parent Separate Returns. Parent shall prepare and file or cause to be prepared and filed all Parent Separate Returns. Except as provided in Sections 3(b)(ii) and 3(c)(i), Parent shall pay, or cause to be paid, and shall be responsible for, any and all Income Taxes or Other Taxes due or required to be paid with respect to any Parent Separate Return.
