Common use of Parent Trademark Warranty Clause in Contracts

Parent Trademark Warranty. To the Knowledge of Parent, Licensee’s use of the XX Xxxxx in connection with Licensed Products as of the Distribution Date in accordance with this Agreement will not infringe the Trademark rights of third parties. Parent agrees to deliver to Licensee instruments or documents Licensee may reasonably request to confirm or establish Licensee’s rights under this Agreement.

Parent Trademark Warranty. Parent agrees to deliver to Licensee instruments or documents Licensee may reasonably request to confirm or establish Licensee’s rights under this Agreement.
