Common use of Parent Vote Clause in Contracts

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote or cause to be voted any Company Common Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the approval of this Agreement at any meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote or cause to be voted any Company Common Shares Stock beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the approval adoption of this Agreement at any meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval adoption and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote or cause to be voted any Company Common Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, voted in favor of the approval adoption of this Agreement at the Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval adoption, and at all postponements or adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote or cause to be voted any Company Common Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the approval adoption of this Agreement at any meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval Stockholder Meeting and at all postponements, recesses or adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote vote, or cause to be voted voted, any Company Common Shares Stock beneficially owned by it or any of its the Parent Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its the Parent Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the approval adoption of this Agreement at the Company Stockholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote (or consent with respect to) or cause to be voted (or a consent to be given with respect to) any shares of Company Common Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or Stock with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be votedvoted (or to provide a consent), in favor of the adoption and approval of this Agreement at any meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval Shareholders Meeting and at all adjournments or postponements thereofthereof (or, if applicable, by any action of shareholders of the Company by consent in lieu of a meeting).

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote or cause to be voted any shares of Company Common Shares Stock beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the approval adoption of this Agreement at any meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval adoption and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, vote or cause to be voted any shares of Company Common Shares Stock beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries Affiliates or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries Affiliates has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the approval of this Agreement at any meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote (or consent with respect to) or cause to be voted (or a consent to be given with respect to) any Company Common Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be votedvoted (or to provide a consent), in favor of the approval adoption of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company Company, at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval adoption and at all adjournments adjournments, recesses or postponements thereof.
