PARENTAL AUTHORITY. Kamehameha must be notified of any changes in my/our child’s custodial status that occur during the program after enrollment. Any court or legal documents (e.g., temporary restraining order (TRO), child custody order, divorce decree, legal guardianship, name change, power of attorney, etc.) must be timely submitted to my/our child’s program office.
PARENTAL AUTHORITY. ONE OR MORE OF THE CONTENT FOUND IN OUR PROPERTY MAY NOT BE CATERED TO YOU IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. ALSO, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, WE WILL CONTRACT WITH YOU ONLY IF YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. AS SUCH, PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION BEFORE ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU HAVE OBTAINED PERMISSION FROM YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN. ALL PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY A USER AND ALL TRANSACTION ENTERED INTO WITH US SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED BY A USER ABOVE 18 OR HAS OBTAINED THE RELEVANT PERMISSION FROM THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
PARENTAL AUTHORITY. 14.1 Where the School requires parental instruction, authority or direction on any matter concerning the student, the School may act upon the instruction, authority or direction of any one of the student’s parents, having regard to what the School considers in its reasonable opinion to be the best interests of the student, and subject to any order of a court exercising jurisdiction under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) or equivalent court of competent jurisdiction. 14.2 Each parent must notify the Principal immediately of any court orders or parenting plans in force in relation to parental responsibility and rights relevant to the student, and any changes to the student’s parenting arrangements, and provide copies of all such orders or plans to the School.
PARENTAL AUTHORITY. Any student enrolled at SMHS, regardless of age, is seen as the responsibility of his or her parents/legal guardians. Even if a student is 18 years of age, the student may not take over a parental role as it pertains to any of our policies. A student is required to live with his or her parents/guardians while enrolled at SMHS. Any exceptions to this policy must have approval from the principal.
PARENTAL AUTHORITY. By signing below, I certify and represent that I am the student's legally authorized parent, and that I have the legal authority to enroll my child in The Overlake School, to permit my child to participate in all activities, and to execute this Agreement and all other required documents for myself and for and on behalf of my participating child. To the extent necessary, I agree that I have obtained any and all other pertinent consents or authorities (including any required by a court decree or order; for example, a divorce decree, custody order or joint parenting plan). I fully understand and agree that if my child's other parent (or anyone else) challenges my authority: a) the child will be dismissed from The Overlake School or any activities, without a refund, if the parents or other parties involved cannot reach agreement, and b) I will fully defend and indemnify The Overlake School (and other Released Parties) with Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement or otherwise, including payment of any costs or attorneys' fees expended by The Overlake School to resolve a dispute.

PARENTAL AUTHORITY. If the student is a minor (those under 18 yrs. of age), I (parent) certify and represent that I am the student’s legally authorized parent, and that I have the legal authority to enroll my child in the TTS Program, to permit my child to participate in the TTS Program and all activities, and to execute these Terms and all other required documents for myself and for and on behalf of my participating minor child. To the extent necessary, I agree that I have obtained any and all other pertinent consents or authorities (including any required by a court decree or order; for example, a divorce decree, custody order or joint parenting plan). I fully understand and agree that if my child’s other parent (or anyone else) challenges my authority: a) the child will not be allowed to attend the Program, or, if already on Program, will be dismissed from the Program – in either case, without a refund, if the parents or other parties involved cannot reach agreement, and, b) I will fully defend and indemnify TTS with respect to any claim/s made by the other parent or any person to the fullest extent provided for in the TTS Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement or otherwise, including payment of any costs or attorneys’ fees expended by TTS to resolve a dispute.

  • Governmental Authorities; Consents No action by, consent, approval, permit or authorization of, or designation, declaration or filing with, any Governmental Authority or notice, approval, consent waiver or authorization from any Governmental Authority is required on the part of Acquiror with respect to the execution or delivery and performance of this Agreement by Acquiror or any Transaction Agreement to which any of Acquiror is a party, as applicable, or the consummation of the Transactions or the transactions contemplated thereby, except for (a) applicable requirements of the HSR Act, (b) the filing with the SEC of (i) the Proxy Statement (and the expiration of the waiting period in Rule 14a-6(a) under the Exchange Act or, if the preliminary Proxy Statement is reviewed by the SEC, receipt of oral or written notification of the completion of the review by the SEC) and (ii) such reports under Section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act as may be required in connection with this Agreement, the Transaction Agreements or the Transactions or the transactions contemplated thereby, (c) such filings with and approval of Nasdaq to permit the Acquiror Common Stock to be issued in connection with the Transactions and the other Transaction Agreements to be listed on the Nasdaq, (d) the Acquiror Stockholder Approval, or (e) any actions, consents, approvals, permits or authorizations, designations, declarations or filings, the absence of which would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have an Acquiror Material Adverse Effect.

  • Governmental Authority and Licensing The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have received all licenses, permits, and approvals of all federal, state, and local governmental authorities, if any, necessary to conduct their businesses, in each case where the failure to obtain or maintain the same could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. No investigation or proceeding which, if adversely determined, could reasonably be expected to result in revocation or denial of any material license, permit or approval is pending or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, threatened.
