Common use of Parental or Sponsor Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Parental or Sponsor Guarantee. In addition to the Security Deposit called for herein above each individual comprising Tenant agrees to obtain a Continuing Parental or Sponsor Guarantee in the form set forth on Exhibit "F" and agrees that obtaining such Continuing Parental or Sponsor Guarantee is a condition to Landlord's obligations under this Lease and that Landlord may terminate this Lease if Tenant has not obtained such parental or sponsor Continuing Guarantee as set forth in Exhibit "F" on or before fifteen (15) days after the date this Lease is signed as set forth in the recitals hereto, Landlord may, but shall not be obligated to, in its sole discretion, terminate this Lease at any time prior to each and every Cotenant's delivery of such Continuing Guarantee. The execution of the Guarantee constitutes additional insurance to Landlord of the performance of this Lease and shall not be construed as a release of Tenant’s responsibilities and obligations hereunder. Tenant acknowledges the Lease is a legally binding contractual obligation of Tenant, and that Tenant shall be fully bound by all terms and conditions hereof irrespective
