Common use of Parity and Priority of Lien Clause in Contracts

Parity and Priority of Lien. The provisions, covenants and agreements herein set forth to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority shall be for the equal benefit, protection and security of the Registered Owners of any and all of the Notes, all of which, shall be of equal rank without preference, priority or distinction of any of the Notes over any other thereof, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Indenture.
