Parity and Priority of Lien. The provisions, covenants and agreements herein set forth to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority shall be for the equal benefit, protection and security of the Noteholders of any and all of the Notes, all of which, shall be of equal rank without preference, priority or distinction of any of the Notes over any other thereof, except as expressly provided in this Indenture with respect to certain payment and other priorities, including priority of payment of the Class A Notes prior to payment of the Class B Notes.
