Parking and Loading. User will have the non-exclusive use of the parking areas serving the Campus subject to any and all rules and regulations for those areas, including restricted or reserved spaces and drop- off and loading zones. The Commission reserves the right to impose a charge for parking payable either by User or by individual vehicle during the Event. The parking areas are to be used solely for the parking of motor vehicles and bicycles in the areas designated for such use. Any Recreational Vehicle or Bus parking must be communicated in advance with the Commission and a designated area will be located for these vehicles. All loading of equipment, fixtures or other property for the Event will be made in those areas or zones specifically designated for the loading and unloading at the Campus.

Parking and Loading. 40.1 The Building has approximately 292 parking spaces. Tenant shall have the right to use 83 spaces, being its proportionate thereof.
40.2 Tenant shall have the exclusive use of four (4) loading docks as depicted on Exhibit A.
Parking and Loading. Sponsor will be provided detailed loading and unloading instructions two weeks prior to the Event. Parking and Loading. Tenant and its employees shall park their cars and other motorized and non-motorized vehicles in areas as designated by Landlord from time to time. Tenant shall also furnish the state automobile license numbers assigned to its vehicles and those of all its employees and the name and home addresses of such employees within five (5) days after written notice from Landlord. Following at least one (1) prior written notice of violation, Tenant shall pay Landlord, when billed, a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day per vehicle parked in violation of this Section.
Parking and Loading. There shall be maintained on each Site facilities for parking loading and unloading sufficient to serve the business conducted thereon without using adjacent streets therefor; and no use shall be made of any Site which will attract parking in excess of the parking spaces then available thereon.
Parking and Loading. 19.1 The Lessee shall throughout the Lease Period (or from month to month, such arrangement being terminable on one month’s notice in writing from the Lessor to the Lessee or vice versa,) have the exclusive use of loading bay(s) and parking bay(s)/garage(s) No(s) (specify) in (specify where in or about the building) at an initial monthly rental of R.......... ( RAND), payable in addition to, and increasing from time to time simultaneously with and proportionately to, the rent for the Premises (whatever the cause or basis of such increase).
19.2 All the terms of this lease relating to the Premises themselves shall apply mutatis mutandis to the loading and parking bay(s)/garage(s) referred to in clause 19.1 except those which are obviously inapplicable.
19.3 Without derogation from any rules or regulations in force for the time being as envisaged in clause 18.1, the Lessee shall procure that the loading and off-loading of merchandise, raw materials and other articles in connection with the business carried on in the Premises are carried out
19.3.1 only in the bay(s) let to the Lessee in terms of clause 19.1 and such other loading bay(s)/area(s) as are provided for the purpose; and
19.3.2 with due regard and consideration for the interests of other manufacturers in the Building and the general public.
19.4 The arrangements in terms of clause 19.1 shall at all events terminate simultaneously with this lease in so far as it relates to the Premises.
Parking and Loading. 21.1 The Lessee shall throughout the Lease Period have the exclusive use for its directors, officers, members, partners, employees, clients, customers and invitees of 28 (Thirty One) covered parking bays/garages as identified on the plan being A5, at an initial monthly rental of R 120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Rand) per bay, payable in addition to, and increasing from time to time simultaneously with and proportionately to, the rent and or other increases as contemplated in 7,8 and 9 for the Premises (whatever the cause or basis of such increase).
21.2 All the terms of this Agreement relating to the Premises themselves shall apply mutatis mutandis to the loading bay(s) and parking bay(s)/garage(s) referred to in 21.1 except those which are obviously inapplicable.
21.3 Without derogation from any rules or regulations in force for the time being as envisaged in 20.1, the Lessee shall procure that the loading and off-loading of merchandise and other articles in connection with the business carried on in the Premises are carried out:
21.3.1 only in the bay(s) let to the Lessee in terms of 21.1 and such other loading bay(s)/area(s) as are provided for the purpose; and
21.3.2 with due regard and consideration for the interests of other traders in the Building and the general public.
21.4 The provisions of this 21, in respect of the lease of parking bays or additional parking bays, shall endure for the duration of this Agreement and shall terminate simultaneously with this Agreement.
21.5 The Lessor shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the covered parking bays but the Lessee shall specifically be responsible for all damage which may occur in respect of such parking bays, resulting from the wilful or negligent acts of its employees, clients or visitors, or any other person and the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor, on demand, all such costs incurred by the Lessor in the repair of damaged parking bays. Parking and Loading. Entity covenants and agrees as follows:
a. The primary entry to the Project shall be located on Market Street, and the Project shall include enclosed, off-street loading which will be accessible from Ludlow Street, in each case, substantially as shown on the Plans. Deliveries for tenants of the Property and for trash removal shall be to and from Ludlow Street, as and where shown on the Plans.
b. Entity will implement and communicate policies requiring tenants to coordinate deliveries and use of the loading docks in a commerciall y reasonable manner consistent with use of the property for a Life Sciences facility..
c. The off-street loading entrance will be buffered and lit to the extent commercially reasonably to keep pedestrians and other vehicles safely away from them.
d. To avoid congestion and back-up, Entity will take commerciall y reasonable steps to schedule deliveries and move-ins and move-outs in such a manner that off-street loading does not restrict vehicular traffic on Ludlow Street
e. Entity will implement and communicate policies to require that all deliveries shall be taken inside promptly by its tenants and not staged on the sidewalk or street.
f. Entity will implement and communicate policies to restrict its tenants’ use of the off-street loading area to the hours of 7AM to 8 PM daily and on weekends, in each instance, with the exception of emergenci e s (including required deliveries to tenants of Entity due to unusual circumstances) which make these limits impracticable and then only to the extent of such emergency.
Parking and Loading. [Are these parking provisions applicable?] Landlord herby licenses to Tenant, for the use of Tenant, its faculty, administrators, students and their families, and their respective licensees and invitees, for no additional consideration, (a) not less than twenty (20) parking spaces in the existing parking lot on the Property and (b) a pick-up and drop-off zone in the front of the Northern entrance of the alley to be available at pick-up and drop-off times. Each year after the 2020-2021 school year, four additional parking spaces will be added until school reaches full enrollment in 2025-26 when 40 parking spaces will be allocated.
