Parking Areas. Landlord and Tenant agree that Landlord will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles, or the contents thereof, parked or left in the parking areas of the Premises and Tenant shall install at least one sign in the parking areas so advising its employees, visitors or invitees who may use such parking areas. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.5, parking areas shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Landlord in the Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant's employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. Tenant agrees not to use or permit its employees, visitors or invitees to use the parking areas for overnight storage of vehicles, except for trucks on the Premises in the process of loading or unloading, and except for semi-tractors and trailers parked in the areas shown on the Site Plan as "Tenant's Designated Truck Parking". Tenant covenants and agrees that it shall not permit any of its employees, agents, contractors, vendors or shippers to park trucks, automobiles, trailers or other vehicles on any of the public streets in the general vicinity of the Premises or the industrial or business park in which the Premises are located. If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described above for a period of five (5) business days after written notice from Landlord, then Landlord shall have the right, without further notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved at Landlord's risk and expense. All responsibility for damage and theft to vehicles and their contents is assumed by the parties owning the same, including, respectively, Tenant or Tenant's partners, trustees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, invitees, or any of Tenant's assignees, subtenants or assignees' or subtenants' agents, employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, servants, guests, or independent contractors (collectively, "Tenant Parties"). Parking Areas. Tenant shall have the right to use, without additional charge, a minimum of three hundred twenty-eight (328) parking spaces, such parking spaces to be located in that portion of the parking area in the Property designated on Exhibit A-3 as “FabTech Parking Area” for use by Tenant and its employees and visitors, subject, however, to the other terms and provisions of this Lease. Such parking spaces shall be available for use by Tenant and its employees on a non-exclusive basis in common with others entitled thereto. Tenant agrees to furnish Landlord upon request with the license numbers of all automobiles of Tenant and its employees, and agrees to update such list annually or upon the reasonable request of Landlord. If Tenant or its employees shall park their automobiles in areas other than appropriate areas designated on Exhibit A-3, Landlord shall have the right with respect to each such automobile (i) to affix a notice of violation of this rule on such automobiles, (ii) to have such automobiles removed at Tenant’s expense (and Landlord shall have no liability in connection with any damage to such automobile resulting therefrom), and/or (iii) to fine Tenant $20 per day for each day or portion thereof such automobile(s) are parked in violation of this provision. Landlord shall have the right to enlarge, reduce and re-arrange the layout or location of the parking areas and Property lawns and other green space and to designate specific parking spaces for use by Tenant from time to time. If Landlord re-arranges the layout or location of the parking areas, Landlord shall undertake reasonable efforts to locate the parking area within reasonable proximity to the Premises. Tenant and its employees shall not park their automobiles within any fire lanes or driveways on the Property or within any areas in which parking is prohibited by applicable governing ordinance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless in connection with a permitted sublease or assignment pursuant to Section 10 hereof, Tenant shall not be permitted to sublet or assign the right to use any of the parking spaces or parking areas described in this Paragraph 1(e).
Parking Areas. Adequate parking on a Site shall be provided to ------------- accommodate all parking needs for employees, visitors and company vehicles. There shall also be adequate areas provided for truck loading and unloading. The intent of this provision is to eliminate the need for any on-street parking. If parking or loading requirements increase as a result of a change in use or number of employees, additional off-street parking shall be provided to satisfy the intent of this section.
Parking Areas. The Committee shall have the authority to disapprove any Application for the construction of any building on a Parcel in the Center if the Application does not provide for parking substantially in accordance with the Site Plan and in compliance with applicable ordinances, rules and regulations of the City. The purpose and intent of this requirement is to ensure that all development and parking arrangements comply with the Site Plan and that this Declaration satisfies any City-imposed requirements for shared parking existing on the date of this Declaration.

Parking Areas. Adequate off-street parking shall at all times be provided to accommodate all parking needs for employee, visitor and company vehicles on the Site. The intent of this provision is to eliminate the need for any on-street parking. No use shall be made of any Site at anytime which will attract parking in excess of the parking spaces then available thereon.
Parking Areas. Each Site shall have facilities for parking sufficient to serve the business conducted thereon without using adjacent streets thereof, and no use shall be made of any Site which would require parking in excess of the parking spaces on the Site. In any event, the number and size of the parking spaces on each Site shall conform with all ordinances of the City of Sunnyvale applicable with respect thereto. Parking areas shall be laid out and constructed according to plans approved by the Architectural Control Committee and shall be maintained thereafter in good condition. Except with the approval of the Architectural Control Committee no parking shall be permitted within fifty (50) feet of the right-of-way line of any street or between any Building and any street.
Parking Areas. Landlord shall keep and maintain in good condition any parking areas that may be provided. Landlord reserves the right to control the method, manner and time of parking in parking spaces.
Parking Areas. Parking areas adjacent to a street shall be screened from the street(s) by landscaped berms, xxxxxx, or plantings. There shall be landscaped buffer strip between every parking area and adjacent Building Sites at least eight feet (8') wide as measured from the Building Site lot line. Said buffer strip shall contain at least one shade tree, at least three inches (3") in diameter, for every forty (40) lineal feet of parking area.
