Parking Enforcement. In addition to deactivation of a tenant’s control card, as set forth in 1.1 above, vehicles found parking in an area and/or space other than specified in this Agreement may be ticketed and/or impounded in accordance with applicable law. Tickets for parking in a reserved space without the permission of the lessee of the space carry a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Parking Enforcement. Attendant shall be allowed a one (1) hour unpaid lunch, or may take one-half (1/2) hour unpaid lunch with supervisory approval.

PABC has requested that BCDOT add car-sharing towing enforcement to the existing set of towing activities which are referred to private tow-truck operators when BCDOT tow-trucks are not available and will confirm that BCDOT has so added car-sharing towing enforcement prior to the Launch Date.
Parking Enforcement. The Landlord will co-operate with the Tenant in extending the operation of any existing parking enforcement scheme the Landlord operates from time to time to enforcing the parking restrictions within the vicinity of the Premises.

Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this Section or to observe the Parking Rules and Regulations shall give Landlord the right to: (1) physically remove Tenant’s vehicle(s) and to collect towing and storage charges, plus daily retention charges prevalent in the area as a condition of releasing such vehicle to its owner and/or (2) terminate Tenant’s right to use the Parking Areas. No such removal or termination shall create any liability on Landlord or be deemed to interfere with Tenant’s right to quiet possession of its Premises.
Parking Enforcement. VTUSA will be responsible for supervising all activities in the parking areas of the Property and for enforcing all of the parking requirements and restrictions set forth in this Agreement, in the Approved Site Plan, and in the City Code.

Revenue from citations shall be used to offset the costs of enforcement. Costs not offset shall be funded by the joint maintenance account.
