Common use of Parking Space Fee Clause in Contracts

Parking Space Fee. For every parking space that Tenant uses pursuant to this Agreement, Tenant shall pay a charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month commencing on the Commencement Date. The charge for any space used for a fraction of any month shall be prorated. Such charges shall be payable monthly in arrears without notice or demand by the tenth (10th) day of the following month, and payment shall be subject to the terms stated in Exhibit C. If requested by City, Tenant shall submit with each payment a statement listing the number of parking spaces used during the month, and for any spaces used for a fraction of the month, providing the dates when such spaces were used.
