Parole Clause Samples
The Parole clause establishes that the written contract represents the complete and final agreement between the parties, superseding any prior oral or written negotiations or agreements. In practice, this means that if a dispute arises, only the terms contained within the signed contract will be considered legally binding, and parties cannot introduce evidence of previous discussions to alter or interpret the contract's meaning. This clause ensures clarity and certainty by preventing parties from relying on outside statements, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or conflicting interpretations.
