Common use of Part 310 Clause in Contracts

Part 310. Seller or Buyer shall permit the other and its designees, at Seller’s expense, as applicable, upon prior written notice and as reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto in timing and scope, to examine and verify compliance with the Privacy Requirements with respect to Customer Information which may include, but shall not be limited to, conducting information security assessments of such party and such party’s procedures.
