Common use of Part B Limitation Clause in Contracts

Part B Limitation. The provider of the service needs to be enrolled as a Medicaid Provider and follow the procedures for billing OHA for Medicaid mental health services outlined in the Medicaid provider manual. OHA calculates the rates and the claims are processed through OHA’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). OHA calculates the Part B limitation and OHA’s Division of Medical Assistance Programs (DMAP) disburses the payment directly to service providers on a fee-for-service basis.
