Partial Contract Completion. 6.29.1.1 When items of Work cannot be completed until a subsequent date, the A/E shall prepare a partial Certificate of Contract Completion that shall include a detailed list of the deferred Work and the date(s) by which the CM will complete that Work. 6.29.1.2 The A/E shall submit the partial Certificate of Contract Completion to the Contracting Authority, Owner, and CM for their written acceptance. Upon their acceptance of the partial Certificate of Contract Completion and consent of the CM’s Surety, the Contracting Authority may release payment to the CM, as determined in the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.
