Partial Contract Variances Clause Samples
Partial Contract Variances. 20 A variance may be requested for teachers either in grades 21 K-5 or 6-8 at a school site so long as the following conditions 22 are met:
(a) A request for a partial variance must comply with all the 24 procedural requirements set forth in school-wide variances.
