Common use of Partial Destruction of Center Clause in Contracts

Partial Destruction of Center. If fifty percent (50%) or more of the rentable area of the Center is damaged or destroyed by fire or other cause, notwithstanding that the Premises may be unaffected, Landlord shall have the right, to be exercised by notice in writing delivered to Tenant within ninety (90) days after said occurrence, to elect to terminate this Lease.
