Partial Dividend Shares. In the event that any Shares deposited hereunder entitle holders of record thereof ("recordholders") as of the next dividend record date to receive a per-Share dividend in an amount different from that payable to recordholders of Shares outstanding on the immediately preceding dividend record date, the following provisions shall apply:
