Partial Exercise of Optional Redemption Right. In the event that the Optional Redemption Right is exercised with respect to Series A Shares representing less than all the Series A Shares held by a Holder, upon exercising such Optional Redemption Right the Company shall execute and deliver to such Holder, at the expense of the Company, a certificate evidencing the Series A Shares held by the Holder as to which the Optional Redemption Right was not exercised, together with an updated, certified register of members evidencing the same.
